Use groups from Spotler MailPro in Spotler Message

Users create and manage groups in Spotler MailPro. After the integration is configured, these MailPro groups are available in Spotler Message via Campaigns > Lists > Spotler MailPro.

This makes it possible to use MailPro groups for SMS and WhatsApp campaigns in Spotler Message without manually rebuilding the same audience in Spotler Message.

Examples include:

  • Sending an SMS campaign to a group created in Spotler MailPro.
  • Sending a WhatsApp campaign to contacts from a MailPro group.

  • Keeping messaging campaigns aligned with email marketing segmentation.

2. Send SMS and WhatsApp messages from Spotler MailPro

The integration also allows users to send SMS and WhatsApp messages from Spotler MailPro through Spotler Message.

In Spotler MailPro, users create messages in Content > Messages. These messages are linked to a messaging sender. The messaging sender connects Spotler MailPro to Spotler Message and determines whether the message is sent as an SMS message or a WhatsApp message.

WhatsApp messages in Spotler MailPro use WhatsApp templates from Spotler Message. SMS and WhatsApp messages can be sent from Spotler MailPro through supported sendout methods.

Examples include:

  • Sending an SMS message to a selected group from Spotler MailPro.
  • Sending a WhatsApp message through a bulk sendout in Spotler MailPro.
  • Using a WhatsApp template from Spotler Message in a MailPro message.
  • Sending SMS or WhatsApp messages from MailPro using a configured messaging sender.

3. Use SMS and WhatsApp in MailPro automations

SMS and WhatsApp messages can be used in Spotler MailPro automations. This allows users to enrich email campaigns with messaging touchpoints.

Examples include:

  • Sending a WhatsApp follow-up when a contact did not open an email campaign.
  • Sending an SMS reminder as part of an automated journey.
  • Combining email, SMS, and WhatsApp in one customer lifecycle flow.
