Under Settings you will find Integrations.
When you click on Add you have the following options: API and Webhook. An integration is always attached to a specific channel.
API Key
You can create a API key if you want to use the Spotler Message API. The Spotler Message API is a JSON REST API to connect to (social) messaging platforms.
It enables you to start pro-active conversations with your contacts. These conversations will be triggered by an external system, such as your CRM system. For example, this is useful if you want to automatically send appointment reminders, reminders that your car needs maintenance or other service messages.

Webhook
The webhook is used to automatically forward messages that come into Spotler Message to an external system. For example, if you have built a functionality in your own CRM where agents can handle messages. Spotler Message then serves as an intermediate layer to send and receive messages.
