Adding WhatsApp Business as a channel in Spotler Message enables you to communicate effectively with customers through a widely accessible and scalable messaging platform. Spotler Message connects your chat inbox to the official WhatsApp Business API, providing a seamless experience for managing customer conversations.
To onboard your account, the following information is required:
- Your Facebook Business Manager ID
- WhatsApp number
- Company name
Connecting WhatsApp to Spotler Message involves three main steps:
- Creating a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
- Completing business verification
- Adding a payment method
To add WhatsApp as a channel in Spotler Message go to the Channels tab. Select the Add button.
Select WhatsApp Business.
You will be redirected to Facebook to continue the setup process.
The WhatsApp charges report tracks costs associated with conversation-based WhatsApp charges. These fees are paid directly to Meta via your WABA (WhatsApp Business Account).
