Spotler Activate journeys can now trigger personalized WhatsApp and SMS messages through Spotler Message.
This makes it possible to automatically send messages based on customer events and behaviors such as:
- Order status updates
- New lead onboarding
- Purchase follow-ups
- Birthday messages
- Abandoned cart reminders
All outgoing messages remain fully visible in Spotler Message, including customer replies, ensuring complete conversation visibility for customer service teams.
How to use a Spotler Activate audience for a proactive WhatsApp campaign?
Audience synchronization
Dynamic audiences from Spotler Activate can now be synchronized directly to Spotler Message.
This removes the need for CSV exports and manual imports while ensuring audiences remain continuously updated.
Synchronized audiences can immediately be used for:
- WhatsApp campaigns
- SMS campaigns
Example: Customers without a purchase in the last 30 days can automatically be targeted with a WhatsApp win-back campaign.
How to trigger a WhatsApp or SMS message from a Spotler Activate journey?
Spotler Chat+ integration
Conversations handled through Spotler Chat+ chatbots now operate fully inside Spotler Message. This creates a centralized inbox and unified conversation history across chatbot and human interactions.Conversations can seamlessly transition from chatbot automation to human agents whenever personal support is required.
The integration also enables chatbot workflows to:
- Assign conversation labels
- Route conversations to teams or agents
- Add contacts to campaign lists
- Remove contacts from campaign lists
Spotler Engage integration
SMS alerts for webcare monitoring
Spotler Engage can now trigger real-time SMS alerts through Spotler Message whenever a search query detects a matching result. This integration is designed for scenarios such as crisis communication, reputation monitoring, and urgent webcare notifications. The setup uses a mail-to-SMS workflow combined with Zapier and a dedicated Spotler Message SMS account.
Campaign Module inside Spotler Engage
The Spotler Message Campaign Module is now embedded directly inside Spotler Engage. Users can create and send WhatsApp and SMS campaigns without leaving the Engage environment.
Supported audience sources include:
- Spotler Activate audiences
- Spotler Mail+ lists
- CRM contact lists
Customer replies are automatically synchronized back into the Engage inbox, allowing agents to continue conversations directly from Engage.
Spotler Mail+ integration
Dynamic lists from Spotler Mail+ are now directly available inside Spotler Message.
Customer profile data such as loyalty status, preferred store location, and customer names can also be synchronized and used as personalization variables in WhatsApp and SMS campaigns.
This enables organizations to combine email segmentation data with personalized messaging campaigns across additional communication channels.
