Under Settings you will find Business hours.

Add business hours
You can configure multiple business hours to suit your needs, such as setting different hours for each channel or special occasions like Christmas.
Click on the Add button to add a new business hour set.
After clicking save you will be able to set the automated messages specific for this set.
Overview business hours
In the overview, you can easily see which channels have active or inactive business hours. By clicking on a channel, team or assistant, you can move it between the Active for and Assign to columns.
If you activate an opening time for a channel, team or assists that was already part of another opening time, it will automatically be taken from the previous opening time.
You can Delete or Edit a specific business hour set by clicking on the buttons in the right upper corner.
Automated messages
You can set up an automatic Greeting message or Away message, which sends an automatic response to the first message received.
Interval greeting message
For messages within business hours, you can choose the interval at which the greeting message appears. For example, if a customer sends five messages within a week, you can decide whether to show the greeting message only after the first message or every time, meaning the customer would see it five times. This allows you to control how often the greeting is displayed based on your preferences.
The away message will be sent only once per away period when customers contact your business outside business hours.
