You can find the Profile option in the Personal Agent Settings. You can open your personal agent settings by clicking on your agent icon at the top left of your screen.
Open the Profile settings to change your name and icon. Your agent icon is useful as it appears on conversations assigned to you, allowing you and your colleagues to quickly identify who is managing the conversation.
