Preferences

You can find the Preferences option in the Personal Agent Settings. You can open your personal agent settings by clicking on your agent icon at the top left of your screen.

Your preferences are divided into three sections:

  1. General preferences
  2. Email notifications preferences
  3. Date & time preferences

These settings are only valid for your personal agent.

General preferences

Under the general settings you can manage the following preferences:

  • Show desktop notifications
  • Play a sound 
  • Enter to send
  • Automatic assignment

Want to temporarily disable notifications? Use the mute icon. Browser notifications will then be muted. You will no longer hear a sound for new messages and you will not receive any browser notifications.

Email notifications preferences

You can automatically receive an email notification in specific situations. We make a distinction between notifications for new conversations and between conversations that are assigned to you.

You can choose between

  • Never send a notification
  • Always send a notification
  • Only send a notification when I'm offline

For new conversations, you still have the option to only receive a notification if no one is logged in to the dashboard.

Date & time preferences

With the Date and time settings you can indicate your preferences in which format you prefer to see the hours / times.
