Filters

You can find the Filter option in the Personal Agent Settings. You can open your personal agent settings by clicking on your agent icon at the top left of your screen.

By using filters you can easily quickly display a selection of conversations. Open the filter option by clicking on your Agent icon at the top left of the screen. Then choose Filters from the menu. Watch the video below where our Spotler Message expert Marcel walks you through filtering:

Please note: Filters must be reset manually

If you have set a filter, it will remain active, even if you navigate to another page in the application. If you want to switch back to see all conversations, go to Filters again and change the previously set filters.

Filter Teams

Use team filtering to quickly get an overview of conversations assigned to a specific team, or choose "Select all" to select all teams.

Filter Channels

Use channel filtering to quickly get an overview of all conversations on a specific channel.

Filter Labels

Use label filtering to show conversations with one or more selected labels. At the bottom of the screen you also have the option to display the conversations without a label.
