How to use a Spotler Activate audience for a pro-active WhatsApp campaign?

Spotler Activate audiences can be used in Spotler Message for proactive WhatsApp and SMS campaigns. A dynamic audience created in Spotler Activate is synchronized to Spotler Message, where it becomes available as a messaging list for campaign targeting.

Spotler Activate audiences are dynamic customer segments created in Spotler Activate and synchronized to Spotler Message. These synchronized audiences can be used directly in messaging campaigns without exporting or manually importing contact data.

How does the synchronization work?

Dynamic audiences are created and maintained in Spotler Activate. All audiences are synchronized to Spotler Message through the integration between both software products. The synchronization ensures that audience data remains current based on the configured sync behavior.

How do you use a Spotler Activate audience in Spotler Message?

Select Spotler Activate in Drop down menu Lists
  1. In Spotler Message, go to Lists in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the options icon next to the + Add button.
  3. Select Spotler Activate from the dropdown menu.
  4. Open the desired synchronized audience.
  5. Click Synchronize on the right-hand side to retrieve the latest audience data.
