Starting from April 2026, Spotler users who log in with a username and password via the Spotler Message login page, https://dashboard.eazy.im/login/signin, will be migrated to Spotler ID. You will automatically receive a notification when this change applies to your account.
With Spotler ID, you log in via a central login page: https://login.spotler.cloud/.

Is a custom SSO or login page configured for your organization? Then Spotler ID is not used, and this article does not apply.
If you access the Spotler Message login page, you will be automatically redirected to the new Spotler ID login page. Read below how this redirect works.
- Sign in to Spotler Message

- Log in to Spotler Message
Step 1 Sign in to Spotler Message
Go to the original login page of Spotler Message. Here, you're prompted to enter your existing email address used to log in to the software.
Click on Next and you will see a window stating that you will be redirected to your login provider, such as Spotler ID.
Step 2 Redirect to Spotler ID
After clicking on Continue, you're redirected to the Spotler ID login page. You will see that the entered email address is prefilled in this window. Simply continue by entering your existing password used for Spotler Message and click on Login.
Why am I being redirected to Spotler ID?
Spotler ID is your unified login method for all Spotler software products. It enhances security and simplifies access by enabling a single login for multiple Spotler tools. That is why password management is now being handled through the Spotler ID login page. After that, you will be redirected back to Spotler Message to continue your work.
Step 3 Enter two-factor authentication (2FA)
In the following step, you will be asked for your two-factor authentication (2FA) verification code. This is mandatory with using Spotler ID. If you already had two-factor authentication set up in Spotler Message, you will keep using the same existing item in your Authenticator app, that you had for Spotler Message.
Enter the 6-digit verification code from your Authenticator app and click on Verify.
Didn't yet use 2FA in Spotler Message?
To enhance security, you are required to set up two-factor authentication (2FA).
Follow these steps:
- Download an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your smartphone.
- Open the authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on your screen (not the qr code above).
- If you’re unable to scan the code (for example, if you’re using a browser extension), click on "Cannot scan the code?" to manually copy and paste the setup key into your authenticator.
- Enter the verification code generated by the app in the Verification Code field.
- Click on the Verify button.

Step 4 Log in to Spotler Message
After entering you verification code and clicking Verify, you're now logged in to Spotler Message.
Once you're in, you can easily switch between products using the switcher in the top-left corner, next to the product logo. This allows you to move quickly between the Spotler (Marketing Cloud) dashboard and any other connected Spotler products.
Bookmark the new login page
For future logins, it is recommended to bookmark the Spotler ID login page. This ensures you always access the correct login environment without being redirected.
