The Insights module, located in the left-hand menu, provides a variety of reports for tracking key metrics within your Spotler Message account. Admins can control which agents can access this information by managing the individual agent settings in Organization > Agents.
On this page you have the following default reports:
Each chart within the Insights module includes filter options located above the graph. Users can filter data by time period, channel, agents, or labels to tailor the view to specific needs. Select Reset to clear all filters on the page and revert to the default view.
The charts are interactive. To focus on specific data, click on the labels below the chart to toggle individual lines on or off, allowing for clearer comparisons and focused analysis.
Agents
The Agents report provides insights into agent productivity, including a breakdown of conversations initiated by the business versus those initiated by users.
Campaigns
The Campaigns report offers information on campaign volumes and delivery performance, helping to assess engagement and success metrics for campaigns.
Durations
The Durations report shows response and resolution times, providing a view of the overall efficiency and timeliness of responses within the platform.
Labels
The Labels report categorizes conversation volumes by label, enabling users to track and analyze different types of conversations based on label-specific metrics.
Volumes
The Volumes report shows the total number of conversations and messages, offering a comprehensive view of overall message and conversation traffic within the platform.
WhatsApp charges
The WhatsApp charges report tracks costs associated with conversation-based WhatsApp charges. These fees are paid directly to Meta via your WABA (WhatsApp Business Account). For current pricing, see WhatsApp Pricing.
