Agents are the users in your Spotler Message account. Agents can be linked to conversations. In this module you can see an overview of agents, add agents and manage agents.
On this page you have the following options:

Only administrators can create and manage agents.
Overview Agents
The Overview section provides a list of all agents in your account. You can sort by availability, by last seen and by role. You can use the search bar to find a specific agent quickly.
Clicking on a agent in the list reveals the following:
- Overview: details of the agent like role and privileges and if Two-factor authentication is enabled.
- Teams: here you can see which teams the agent is linked to.
- Reset password: you can reset the password of an agent if you have an administrator role.
- Delete: delete an agent when they should no longer have access to your account
- Edit: edit the details, role, security options or teams of an agent. These are the same options as when you add an agent. Read more under the head Add agent.
Add Agents
Click on the button +Add in the module Agents to add an agent.
A new window will open:
You will see three steps:
1. Details
Fill in the name and email. It is also possible to upload a photo or change the color of the avatar.
2. Role
Select a role for your agent:

- Basic: this role has access to conversations only.
- Standard: this role has access to conversations and contacts and can view settings.
- Global Administrator: this role has full access to everything including insights.

Additional privileges
You can check this option if you want the agent to have access to the Insights module.
3. Teams
What teams does an agent need access to? Teams is a collection of colleagues who have access to a collection of channels.
Click on invite to add the agent. The agent will receive an e-mail with an invitation.
