Get started: Closing your first conversation

You are currently in last step Closing your first conversation of the Get started checklist. When a conversation is handled or resolved, the only thing left is to close the conversation. This keeps your inbox organized by showing open or yet-to-resolve conversations only. 

Mark conversation as closed

In the top of every open conversation, there is a green Close button to close the conversation. Clicking this will directly close the message and move it from the inbox in which the conversation is in, to the Closed tab of the Conversations module.

If a customer replies to your message after the conversation was closed, it will move back to the Inbox and appear as Open. You then have to close it again, but of course first handle the conversation!
