Get started with Spotler Message

Welcome to Spotler Message! Ready to start, manage and close your first one-to-one conversation? You don’t need to be an expert to get started. With just a few clear steps, you will be ready to communicate quickly and professionally across channels, and confidently handle and close your conversations.

In this guide, you’ll take the first steps in Spotler Message and effectively close a conversation. Whether you're starting fresh or picking up from where a colleague left off, we’ll guide you through the essentials.

  • Access to your organization’s Spotler Message account
  • You are part of a team
  • Your team has access to at least one active channel. We use WhatsApp in this example, as it has the most possibilities. If preferred, you can apply the same steps for other channels
  • You have at least one incoming conversation

Before you start

Make sure you have the following ready:

Open the checklist in Message

You’ll find a checklist inside Spotler Message that tracks your progress as you complete each step. Click on the checkpoints and we will show you where to go next.

First, log in to your Message account. After, click on this button and the checklist will open:
