You follow the training online
You will meet the trainer and other participants in an online Microsoft Teams meeting. During this training, you independently work in your own account with several assignments. This is alternated with classroom parts in which the trainer provides demo's and explanations, tests your knowledge and answers questions. Before the training, you will receive a link to the online environment. |

Handle your conversationsThe trainer welcomes you to Spotler Message and gives a demo on how to set up your teams and channels, how to assign and respond to incoming conversations, and how to improve your efficiency with quick replies and enriched contact information. |
Best practices: tone of voiceThe trainer covers different types of 1 on 1 communication and the steps you can take in these different situations, including some last tips you can take into account for your communication. |
Proactive communicationIn the last bit of this Message training, we talk about proactive communicating with Whatsapp, to increase contact engagement. Learn to create your dynamic lists and campaigns and see how others take advantage of proactive communication through several use cases. |
Practical
The training starts at 13:00 CET/CEST and ends around 16:00. Also, if you won't use proactive communication with Spotler Message's Campaign module, you may leave earlier and don't miss anything else. Find the available dates on the register form.
The Spotler Message product training is given in English by default, unless every participant speaks and understands the Dutch language.
The training is online using Microsoft Teams. A link to the online environment will be sent to you a week in advance.
This training is for admin users, with rights to set up channels and teams, who are new with Spotler Message. The goal is that you learn to effectively handle incoming conversations and create proactive campaigns. It's not meant for customer service agents. Sign up for the product training
Secure your spot quickly, because each product training has limited space. You can change your training date for free up to three days prior to training.
Terms
The cost per participant is €180, excluding VAT. Payment is made afterwards: we will send an invoice to the company where you work. If you work with PO numbers/purchase order numbers, make sure that these are filled in correctly in the registration form above. We cannot make any changes afterwards and otherwise we cannot process the registration. Therefore, check this carefully for yourself, if this applies to your organization.
Discount code
For some participants, the costs are already covered in, for example, the onboarding of a new account. These participants have a discount code that can be entered in the registration form. No invoice will be sent afterwards.
You can cancel up to 3 working days before the course for free. After that, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. This also applies to participants with a discount code.
We cancel the training if there are fewer than 4 participants. You will hear this 1 to 2 days before the training and will be offered an alternative date immediately.

No, it is important to have an own account with at least one channel set up.
The training program is fully scheduled from 13:00 to 16:00. Sometimes we finish a bit earlier if the group has no more questions. The program is made that if you won't use proactive communication with Spotler Message's Campaign module, you may leave earlier and don't miss anything else.
Yes, you can. It’s nice if we can see you, but not a must. A microphone can be handy if you want to ask your question live to the trainer.
