Commerce

In the Commerce module, users can efficiently manage customer interactions around products, whether to advise on a gift, discuss product replacements, offer training, or manage subscription inquiries. This module is especially helpful for directly referencing products during WhatsApp conversations with customers.

The Commerce module consists of two sections: Products and Orders. The Products section displays all synchronized products, while the Orders section shows all orders placed through WhatsApp.

On this page you have the following options:

Products

The Products section allows users to load products directly into WhatsApp conversations. Products are imported via the Facebook catalog, which is a separate catalog that can be linked to your webshop. It’s important to synchronize stock and prices within this catalog to ensure accuracy.

To enable this feature, link your WhatsApp number to the Facebook catalog, allowing it to load directly into your WhatsApp account. Customers engaged in chat will see a catalog icon in the conversation. By selecting this icon, they can browse the catalog and place orders within WhatsApp.

Agents will also have this icon in the conversation, selecting this icon allows them to add a product directly from the catalog into the chat for customer review.

Orders

When a customer places an order through WhatsApp, it will appear in the Orders section.

However, please note that there is currently no automatic payment method available when a contact places an order. As a workaround, you can generate a payment link manually and send it via WhatsApp to complete the transaction.
