Assistants

In this module you will find the chatbots linked to the Spotler Message platform. Chatbots are also called assistants. You can also use Assistants to send automated replies when a contact replies to a specific campaign.

To add a chatbot contact us. We arrange the configuration. A chatbot is linked to a channel. You receive the messages sent to the chatbot in Spotler Message.

These messages can be picked up by a “human” agent. The messages of the chatbot you will find under Conversations > Automated.

When you disconnect the chatbot from the messages. The messages show up in your inbox and you can also see which messages the chatbot has received in the past.

Assistants Overview

When you click on a assistant, you will see more details about the assistant.

  • Overview: you can see here the details of the assistant, whether it is live and if the option Sticky is enabled. Sticky means when someone responds again then it is reassigned to the same assistant.
  • Business hours: here you can find the details of the business hours. If you want to edit the business hours you will be redirected to Business hours under Settings.
  • Automated messages: here you see if the automated messages are enabled. Automated messages are sent when the bot is online and offline. If you want to change the content of the automated messages you will be redirected to Business hours under Settings.
